Esplanade Mezcal Swizzle
Esplanade Mezcal Swizzle, this cocktail have Mezcal and sherry make this summery swizzle sing and make this unexpected departure from the typical rum-based swizzles.
Ingredients:
1 OZ. MEZCAL
1 OZ. SHERRY AMONTILLADO
¾ OZ. FRESH LIME JUICE
½ OZ. FALERNUM
Instructions:
Combine all of the the ingredients in a Collins glass. Fill the glass halfway with crushed ice. Stir with a swizzle stick until the glass is frosty. Top with more crushed ice, then garnish.
