Bitters & Smoke Cocktail

The Bitters & Smoke Cocktail, Mexican agave spirits and Italian amari shine equally bright from the  Portland Hunt & Alpine Club owned by Trey Hughes

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz. blanco tequila

  • 1 oz. Cynar

  • ½ oz. Fernet-Branca

  • ½ oz. mezcal

  • Tools: barspoon, strainer

  • Glass: cocktail

  • Garnish: grapefruit peel

Instructions:

Add all of the ingredients to a mixing glass and stir with ice to chill. Strain into a chilled glass; garnish.
