Join us for an unforgettable evening where fire meets finesse. Osito is joining forces with Bar Agricole to launch a private bottling of an ensemble from the legendary Graciela Ángeles Carreño of Real Minero whose distilados are twice distilled in clay pots and are some of the only spirits in Mexico that are aged in glass rather than plastics or fiberglass. Her agaves are always grown from the seed and her palenque in Sta. Catarina Minas, Oaxaca is as much an ecological conservatory as it is a distillery. This bottle is a blend of arroqueño, tobalá, barril amarillo, cuishe, coyota, and tequilana and is true to the Real Minero style, rooted in tradition but clean and ethereal alive with the sweet and savory flavors associated with this relative of the asparagus plant. Enjoy agave before, after and in relation to the bold flavors of five family-style courses, displaying Seth and his Osito team’s mastery of open-fire cooking.

A welcome drink will be served in the bar at 6:00pm, followed by a hearty, family-style dinner in our dining room at 6:30pm, with drinks included.
