Chef Ivan is offering a very authentic food pairing menu based on the Mixtecs region of Oaxaca incorporating corn on each course and adding flavors from our home town.
@agavesanto is a specialist and mezcal educator in the Bay Area. He is from Xochimilco, Mexico City with roots in oakland Ca. Hugo is collaborating with mesa maguey to bring you all some unique agave spirits from different regions in Mexico ,such as Oaxaca,Jalisco, and Michoacán . Hugo is also the brand ambassador of some very well know brands like Cuish mezcal, Lamata, Cumbrita de la sierra, Sanzekan, Maestros del mezcal. He will be sharing his knowledge about diffent distillation methods from his last visited to Mexico and of course he will be pouring some special agave spirits he brought back from his last trip to Oaxaca and Jalisco…
