Holiday's Cocktail Class for Two will be led by Co-Owner and Bar Manager, Erin Ashford. Ashford is an award winning bartender and bar owner who takes pride in teaching cocktail fundamentals. The class itself will be informative while also being an open forum to ask questions and get tips. The enviroment will be easy going and fun, with an emphasis on showing you how to make cocktails easily at home for yourself or for guests. Instructions and cocktails will be built for two, so bring your favorite friend, drinking buddy or loved one.

Arrive promptly at 12:00 and grab a spot at the bar. Enjoy a small spread of complimentary snacks from Chef Peter Klein along with a welcome cocktail. Once everyone is setteled in the cocktail class will begin, teaching you and your partner to make 3 different classic cocktails together: A Classic Martini (Choice of Gin or Vodka, Dry or Dirty), The Perfect Margarita (Mezcal or Tequila), and a Paper Plane (a modern bourbon classic).

This is a perfect class for beginners or for those wanting to perfect their home bartending skills. The class should conlude at 2:00pm and guests are welcome to enjoy the space until that time.

Price is $150 for 2 guests. Must be 21+ to attend the class.

All items needed to make the drinks will be provieded for use during the class.

Take home recipe cards will be provided so you can make the drinks you learned at home!
