Yuan Ji, the owner and founder of Erstwhile Mezcal will be our guide into a deep dive into Mezcal and Pechuga. All of these products come from small family-owned producers, and Yuan has an intimate knowledge of the production process, as well as the families involved in crafting these delicious and difficult to find Mezcals.
The evening will kick off with a welcome cocktail and demonstration by our very own Lauren Pellecchia. Yuan will then begin her class, and pour samples of Espadin, Turkey Mole Negro Pechuga, Five-Spice Duck Pechuga, and a couple of very special releases not yet available to us!
