Join us on Monday May 5th at the Ruckus - Morrisville location for our private Tequila & Mezcal-paired Chef's Exclusive Dinner.
Upon arrival, each guest will be provided with a complimentary Aperitif cocktail specifically designed to increase appetite. Following a brief cocktail reception period, guests will be seated and given the menu.
This will be a four-course meal accompanied by expertly paired high-end Spirits. Each guest will learn about all of the beverages, the food, and the reason behind each of the pairings selected. (See Menu Below)

There are two options for tickets. General Admission - $120 will include the complementary cocktail, the four-course meal, the four Spirits/Cocktail pairings, and raffles for fun & spirit related prizes.
A second ticket option for Designate Drivers - $90 will include the four-course meal without the complementary cocktail or any of the beverage pairings. We encourage all of our guests who are attending to partake responsibly and find a safe way home.

- One ticket option is for Designated Drivers. No alcohol will be served with this option. You will be given any complementary Non-Alcoholic beverage of your choice with your meal.

Intro Course
The dinner will begin with an introductory Cocktail consisting of a housemade infused Astral Blanco Tequila. We took fresh cut and char-grilled ruby red grapefruits & serrano peppers - and infused them for a little over a month to obtain a sweet, smoky, yet spirit forward flavor profile. We then mixed it with fresh squeezed lime & grapefruit juice, a touch of agave for sweetness, and topped it off with Zesty Fever Tree Grapefruit Soda to create the ultimate Paloma
The introductory cocktail will be paired with our take on a Mexican Grazing Board - including Mexican Street Corn Dip, Chiles Relleno Dip, and a Chocolate Mole with Chorizo. Paired with Tajin Chicharrones, Fried Plantain Chips, & House Fried Tortilla Chips
First Course
Imported Mango & Serrano - Marinated Scallop Ceviche with Cilantro Microgreens on a bed of Local Organic Radishes
Paired with a Neat Pour of Don Julio Rosado finished in Ruby Port Wine Casks
Second Course
Smoky Slow Roasted Barbacoa Beef Taco accompanied with a Chayote and Red Cabage & Lime Slaw and a Charred Pineapple & Tomatilla Pico De Gallo
Paired with a housemade Cucumber & Basil Mezcalita - Served with Mezcal Union El Viejo, Fresh Lime Juice, Cucumber and Basil Infused syrup
Third Course
Latin Surf and Turf - Chipotle & Honey Marinated Filet and Collosal Shrimp. Served over Ruby Red Micro Greens & Mexican Crema Pureed Plantains infused with Hot Honey. Drizzled with a Cilantro and Parsley Chimichurri Sauce

Paired with our take on a Tequila Espresso Nitro Made Martini. Crafted with Don Julio Reposado Tequila, Mr. Black Cold Brew Coffee Liqueur, Cold Brew Coffee, and a touch of sugar. A rich and decadent finale to our evening!
