Xicaru, the Zapotec word for beautiful, reflects founder Fernando Santibañez’s passion for sharing traditionally crafted mezcal that is both approachable and distinct. Made in small batches using his grandmother’s recipe, Xicaru is produced with time-honored methods at a palenque in Matatlán, Oaxaca.

This one-night-only experience will feature a carefully curated mezcal pairing, highlighting the vibrant flavors of the season. To end the evening on a perfect note, guests will enjoy a Cherry Mezcal Negroni, a special cocktail crafted just for the occasion.
