Discover the soul of the desert in an afternoon that celebrates creativity, flavor, and a deep connection to the land. "Art, Mezcal & Earth" is a one-of-a-kind experience guided by the talent of Galería Orchilla—a painting workshop inspired by the rural landscape and the textures of life on the ranch.

We’ll wrap up the creative process with a special artisanal mezcal tasting, paired with ingredients from the ranch. You'll also have the opportunity to enjoy and purchase artisan goat cheese and charcuterie boards, crafted with local products and regenerative practices that reflect Rancho Cacachilas’ commitment to the environment and its community.

ITINERARY:

• 4:00 PM – Arrival at the main gate of Rancho Gaspareño

• 4:20 PM – Ranch Experience: guided tour of the tack room, garden, and animal corrals

  Welcome snack and fresh water

• 5:00 PM – Material preparation and painting session guided by Galería Orchilla

  Mid-session break with ranch-to-table goat cheese and charcuterie boards available for purchase

• 6:00 PM – Artisanal mezcal tasting paired with ranch-grown ingredients

• 7:30 PM – Farewell and departure from the ranch
