ITINERARY

1. Welcome at the Palenque 12:00 pm

• We will welcome you with a refreshing cocktail.

2. Know the mezcal process.

• We will take a tour of our palenque (distillery) where we will explain the stages of the mezcal production process, from the harvest of the maguey to its distillation.

3. Distillation of our edition “Spirits of Matatlán”

Lorenzo, our master mezcal maker, will guide you through this process, explaining how the distillation process works so that together you can create this edition that you can take home.

4. Food

While the distillation is taking place we will take a moment to eat as a family.

5. Bottles the spirit of the faithful departed.

You will personalize a label to finally package the mezcal of your creation.
