The Evening Sunshine

The Evening Sunshine, a Virgin Hotel San Francisco blockbuster cocktail.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ oz Los Vecinos Mezcal

  •  1 oz passion fruit juice

  •  lemongrass

  •  ½ oz lemon juice

  •  nasturtium leaves, for garnish

Instructions:

Shake all ingredients except the nasturtium leaves together with ice.

Strain into a rocks glass, serve over ice and garnish with nasturtium leaves.
